I do not take any credit cards. When booking a session a $25 deposit is required — it will go towards your service, but if you miss your appointment another deposit will be due in order to reschedule. Cancelling same day as appointment is 1/2 the session fee (example: if the service is $200.00 the cancellation fee will be $100). I seriously want to help people that want to help themselves. If you miss an appointment it shows me you aren't serious and are wasting my time. Cancelling right before your appointment is selfish and that's one thing I don't take. My time is precious as well as yours — failing to communicate shows me you don't care; so if you don't care, neither do I. You will not be allowed to reschedule after 2 cancelled appointments.

This is a business, please be mindful. By not letting me know you can't make your appointment, not only do I miss out on money but I could have given your time slot to someone who really wants the treatment, and that is not fair either. If at any time you need to cancel your appointment please reach out via text, phone call, or DM — I can work with you and we can reschedule your appointment. Please let me know 24 hours prior if you need to miss your appointment.

If you purchase any of my packages a contract will be signed with all of my guidelines and conditions. Breaking contract will be a $100 charge. Be mindful of your appointment times. Coming in at your scheduled time — early is not on time and late is not on time. If you are running late it takes one second to text me; after 15 mins session must be rescheduled.
