Staying hydrated is a MUST! Please come to appointment hydrated and 4–6 bottles after.

Are you willing to maintain results with a healthy lifestyle?+

Watching what we put into our bodies will have an effect on your results — be mindful. If you have any medical conditions please let me know in advance; if I find conditions might interfere with your treatments I will not recommend a session.

Are results permanent?+

In order to see something permanent you will need multiple sessions. Packages are usually the best route if you want something permanent. Although you will see results with one session, most clients see a 1–3 inch loss in targeted area.
